1. Studies and Quotes.
Of complete packing, which is sufficient (measurement, conditioning, sings and marking, materials, quality, costs), long and medium-distance shipment according to the goods to be contained and the transport, handling and storage conditions so as to ensure that the goods arrive at their destination in the same conditions as when they left the manufacturer and can be stored at the mercy of the elements.

2. Packing/Conditioning.
Custom construction of complete packing.
Equipment and material packing (see Field of Application).
List of contents (inventory and documentation).
Project management.
Provision of conventional exterior packing, by the unit, standardized.
Provision of light, standard manufactured packing, standardized (ISO) or not.
Provision of materials for conditioning.

2.1. Worksite.
At our plant(s).
“In situ” at the client’s facilities.

3. Warehousing/Storage.
Goods that are packed/ ready to be packed in general.
Goods that are packed in transit.
Goods that are packed waiting for dispatch.

4. Transport.
To our plant(s) for goods ready to be packed/already packed.
Right to the construction site/ port for goods already packed/ready to be packed.
Containerization.
Pre-conditioning, if necessary.

Resources
10,000 m2 facilities, for packing/packaging, equipped with 5 overhead cranes, 25 mT each.
6,500 m2 covered warehouse for goods warehousing and storage.
Loading bays for containers.

Standars
As there are no international standards* which specifically outline the packing and conditioning levels required for each piece of equipment or material, we work with the engineering and/or client specifications or our own.
*Except regulations on hazardous materials (technical conditions and tests according to the means of transport): UN, ADR/TPC, RID/TPF, OACI/IATA, IMDG.

Tests
Verification that the packing ordered by the client meets the corresponding specifications (exterior packing, conditioning, stowing, marking, packing list).
