Isothermal cargo covers

Thermal cargo covers for containers which protect our customers' products and goods from temperature changes without needing to use specialist containers, keeping the cargo at the right temperature.

EMBATUFF
Standard isothermal cargo covers that safeguard from changes in temperature, protecting against heat from radiation (through the wall of the container) and convection (hot air circulating inside the container).

Uses:
Powders, pellets, cosmetics, chemical products, pharmaceutical products, bulk goods, foodstuffs, polymers, resins, hot fill products, adhesives, wine and distilled drinks, etc.

Characteristics:
- Aluminium foil
- Polyester weave
- Kits for 20’ and 40’ boxes
- 20’, 40’ and HC containers
- With and without base.
- Assembled using telescopic rods (fast, 5-minute assembly by a single person).

EMBATUFF LOW COST
Standard isothermal cargo covers that safeguard from changes in temperature, protecting against heat from radiation (through the wall of the container) and convection (hot air circulating inside the container). Low cost system using border tape and four straps (two at the front).

Uses:
Powders, pellets, cosmetics, chemical products, pharmaceutical products, bulk goods, foodstuffs, polymers, resins, hot fill products, adhesives, wine and distilled drinks, etc.

- Polyester weave.

Thermal insulation system using ridged plates inside containers for exporting foodstuffs and chemical products which are sensitive to sudden changes in temperature.

EMBATERM
Rolls of isothermal covers for standard 20' and 40' containers. Thermal blanket.
These covers insulate the container from external temperature changes. They are made from two outer layers of aluminium and a layer of low-density, 31.5-mm diameter polyethylene bubble wrap.

Uses: powders, pellets, chemical products, pharmaceutical products, foodstuffs, polymers, resins, adhesives, etc.

Characteristics:
- Weight 212 g/m³.
- Being so thin, they do not reduce container capacity.
- Easy to put on and take off
