Liquid containers for liquid transport or bulk storage.

Safety is essential for Embalex when it comes to liquids or bulk storage. We have adapted liquid containers that fulfill their antiseptic function perfectly.
The problems of transporting bulk merchandise and beverages require companies to find the option that best suits their needs. For this reason, the priority of finding containers capable of guaranteeing flexibility and security is fundamental. Packaging companies recommend the use of Flexitank containers, since, being composed of a flexible polyethylene bag intended for safe transport, it is possible to increase the load by up to 31%, that is, it allows the transport of between 10,000 and 24,000 liters of product . This type of product resists adverse atmospheric conditions and handling and the liquids that can be transported can be of any type: wine, white oil, vegetable oils, juices, detergents, inks, plastic granules, cork waste, tea, grain cocoa, et., always excluding dangerous liquids.

These liquid container models will be approved and subjected to a series of stress tests (Streess Test) and belong to the Association of Container Owners, for its acronym in English COA. In this way, we ensure and represent the common interests of the owners of such containers. We are committed to guaranteeing the condition of the liquid container, lining it and guaranteeing that everything is correct for its subsequent transportation. This series of conditions ensures 100% that the liquid container can be transported by sea without inconvenience, or in the case of being transported by rail, be approved and fulfill the responsibilities for the rail system.

Among the advantages offered by liquid containers stands out the reduction of time in the need to pack, load and handle these containers. This translates into considerable savings in costs, effectiveness, as well as efficiency in the supply chain, since once the Flexitank reaches its destination, it only requires the opening of the right door, connecting the hose with the discharge and container valve, and wait for it to empty completely. This process can take between 30 and 60 minutes depending always on the capacity of the pump, as well as the product being transported. When there is little product left and to avoid possible losses, it is recommended to bend the Flexitank as if it were a tooth tube, in this way the remaining product is pushed into the mouth of the container and can be completely unloaded.

Once emptied, the liquid container can be removed and destroyed, since thanks to its pure polyethylene material and the 100% recyclable bulkhead or bulkhead steel, in addition to respecting the environment, it complies with the strictest environmental regulations.

NIMF-15 regulation for heat treatment of wood in foreign trade
Heat treatment of wood
The heat treatment of wood is a critical process used to eliminate pests and diseases, as well as to comply with international regulations governing the trade of wood abroad. The NIMF-15 standard, in particular, establishes the requirements for the heat treatment of wood used in packaging used in international trade.

In this sense, heat sealing for wood packaging is an effective technique to ensure that these regulations are met. By using this technique, the risk of pests and diseases entering the destination country is avoided, which could lead to serious economic and environmental consequences.
It is important to mention that heat sealing for wood packaging is a process that must be carried out by trained professionals and with the appropriate machinery to guarantee its correct application.
